Registration Questions

 

Q:  If someone I know wants to register, but doesn’t have Internet access, can I do it for them?

A:  Yes, please do! Our registration system will allow you to register for someone else, however, you will become responsible for ensuring that the person(s) you register receive(s) all confirmation materials and correspondence that we send out via email. (the email you provide on their registration).  Furthermore, all attendees must be familiar with and in agreement with the Code of Conduct and will be required to sign the liability release when they check in on campus.

 

Q:  Is there a conference brochure available?

A:  Yes. To request a brochure(s), please send us an email with your name and address information. (Online version coming soon!)

 

Q:  What if I want to register for the conference, but will be arriving a day(s) late?

A:  Please see our Daily Registration option for information on this. You will need to check in the same as other attendees, and visit our on-site Conference registration desk once you arrive.

 

Q:  Will The Evangelical Network help me find a roommate to help me cut the costs of staying there?

A:  See details about this on our Housing page of the Conference web site.

 

Q:  My child/children are coming to the conference. How do I make arrangements for this?

A:  You will need to include them in your registration when you register. We plan our activities for children around those that are registered. Also, see our Youth & Children Page of this website.

 

Q:  My spouse is coming with me to the conference. How do I make arrangements for this?

A:  Hotel reservations will be up to you. See the Housing section of the conference website for more information. 

 

Q:  I am interested in helping promote the conference. What can I do?

A:  Please visit our Promotions Link. Among the materials available: brochures, posters, web banners, graphics, church bulletins, radio PSAs and a promotional video. Thank you for your interest!

 

Q:  What are important Deadlines that I need to be aware of?

A:  All registrations, application and other forms provide detailed information about important deadlines and due dates. Here are some of the important deadlines to note:

  • Dec 31, 2007 - Early Bird Discount ends
  • Mar 31, 2008 - Scholarship Applications due (Angelgram & Schubert Shears)
  • April 11, 2008 - Exhibitor deadline to Reserve Expo Space
  • Apr 18, 2008 - Regular Conference Registration ends
  • Apr 18, 2008 - Hotel Reservations cut-off by 5pm (Phoenix Time)
  • Apr 18, 2008 - Full Refund for Registration Cancellation ends (less $15 processing fee)
  • April 25, 2008 - Exhibitor submissions deadline
  • May 10, 2008 - Special Needs Request Deadline
  • May 10, 2008 - Deadline for Cancellations with partial money back
  • May 10, 2008 - Deadline for mail-in Conference Registrations (received)
  • May 21, 2008 - Transfer your Conference Registration

Q:  What if I have special needs?

A:  Special needs can be noted during the registration process.

 

Q:  Will The Evangelical Network or The Arizona Golf Resort provide childcare during the conference?

A:  No. Childcare arrangements must be made directly by yourself.

 

Q:  Will The Evangelical Network help provide transportation from the airport to the conference site?

A:  No. Please visit the Location & Transportation page for helpful information.

Technical Problems

 

Technical problems we CAN address:

If you have problems linking to one of our web pages, if the pages will not load, or if you are having problems downloading any of the provided documents, this is a problem we should be able to address for you. Please e-mail us and let us know.

 

[We may not be able to address error messages related with your network connection or the computer software (Netscape, Explorer, Windows, Outlook, etc)]

 

Please record any error messages you receive and WHEN you receive them (what part in the process) when contacting us.  This will help us better serve you. If you are having difficulties and you would like our help, we would be happy to walk you through it. We may be able to complete the registration from our office, or send you a hard copy of our registration form that you could fill out by hand and submit to us.  You may try these steps first:

 

Thing to Try First:

  • Check to be sure all text boxes with Red Text on that page are filled in.
  • Check your information again to VERIFY that you have entered the correct information.
  • If the form does not seem to save your entered data, you may need to empty out your files called “Cookies”. Check the help menu in your web-browser (Netscape, Explorer, etc) for instructions on clearing out these files.
  • Sometimes we may be addressing a technical issue, or one of our service providers may be updating information.  Often waiting 30 minutes or an hour and re-trying can take care of any difficulties.

 

Problems downloading conference materials online?

Please determine whether or not you have the correct application viewer. All of our forms are provided in a downloadable PDF format, to be read by Acrobat Reader or a similar program. If you need the software to download, you can visit the Adobe website.

 

If you are still having problems, we can send you the file either in hard copy by mail, by fax or by email attachment so that you can have the requested materials.
