**Please note: The Arizona Golf Resort is built on many acres of land. The guest rooms are situated within clusters around the golf course. Some of these clusters may be far for some to walk to. Golf cart rides are available for any guest who needs assistance or a lift to the conference facilities. Also, there are a cluster of rooms next to and just a few steps from the conference building that you can ask for when reserving your reservation. Just let your reservations agent know that you want a guest room near the Conference Ballroom.

The Arizona Golf Resort prides itself on providing a variety of spacious, non-smoking accommodations. You can choose from the Resort’s 187 accommodations situated in cozy clusters amidst the lush grounds. Many rooms offer private patios, golf course views, immediate access to fountains, courtyards, Jacuzzis and barbecue grills.
All sleeping rooms and suites were recently refurbished. Upgrades include elegant granite countertops in our kitchens, kitchenettes and vanity areas. In addition, new carpeting, upholstery and luxurious feather down pillows and pillow-top mattresses with lovely duvets and upgraded bedding.

Rates include (2) continental breakfast coupons per room and rates will be available (3) pre and (3) post dates (May 18-28).
Reservations Reservations may be made by contacting the Arizona Golf Resort at 1.800.528.8282. Be sure to tell them you are with The Evangelical Network Conference being held there May 22-25, 2008.
Rooms are being held on a first-come first-reserved basis. Reservations cut-off is April 18, 2008 at 5pm.
Cancellations Cancellations must be given 24-hours in advance of arrival to avoid charge of the first night’s room & tax.
Check in/Check out: Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 12noon. Please notify Front Desk/Reservation staff of early arrivals or late departures. The resort will make every effort to accommodate, but cannot guarantee special room requests.
Smoking The Arizona Golf Resort & Conference Center is proud to provide a smoke-free environment in all of their guest accommodations and conference center. To ensure that all guests continue to have the benefit of a s smoke-free environment, a $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged to those individuals who disregard their non-smoking policy. (if you have been thinking about quitting let this be your weekend : ) Additional charges may apply. Smoking IS permitted outside of your room accommodations and outside the conference center.
Payments The Arizona Golf Resort accepts the following payment methods: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover and JCB. You will pay them ONLY for your room accommodations. The Registration Table for the TEN conference will accept payments for the Homosexuality and Christianity Reconciled Seminar, Welcome Reception, Conference Registration, and/or Daily Registration. One of the ways that you can cut down on your costs is by registering and selecting the option that you are looking for a roommate. We make this option available during the registration process. You can also select how many roommates you are interested in sharing with. (no more than 4 people to a 2-bed room). Keep in mind that there are only 2 continental breakfast coupons per room…so you’ll have to share or make other arrangements. Starting April 1, 2008, we will start assigning roommates so that you can work together on making your room reservations.
