SPECIAL NEEDS

**Please note: The Arizona Golf Resort is built on many acres of land. The guest rooms are situated within clusters around the golf course. Some of these clusters may be far for some to walk to. Golf cart rides are available for any guest who needs assistance or a lift to the conference facilities. Also, there are a cluster of rooms near the conference room that you can ask for when reserving your reservation. Just let reservations know that you want a guest room near the Conference Ballroom.

Special Needs/Handicap Accessibility

If you have any special physical needs or requests that should be addressed, please note this on your conference registration or direct them to us by email at evangelnet@aol.com by May 10^th, 2008. If you are in need of a wheel chair or other mobility device, and you are not able to bring your own, TEN will not be able to provide this service. Please contact a local mobility company.

Hearing Impaired/Deaf Ministry

If you are hearing impaired and will require an ASL interpreter, we must be made aware of this request no later than May 10^th, 2008 to guarantee this service.
